To change your clock face:

1. With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon

> Inspire tile.

2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.

3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.

4. Tap Select to add the clock face to Inspire.

If you go onto your Fitbit app and then click your profile it should list the different watches you have connected, once you click this it will have watch faces as an option once you have selected the watch you want to change the face of. Up the top it will say my watch faces or something like that, you want the select the other option which is all watch faces or something. Once you select the face you want you click apply or select (whatever it says) and it should sync to your inspire.

My Fitbit Zip died so I bought an Inspire HR. Added it to the app on my Android phone but it would not update the firmware while the phone was connected to my home WIFI. Turned off the WIFI connection on the phone and the Inspire HR finished installing firmware update while connected to mobile data. Connected the phone to home WIFI and tried to change clock face. Fitbit app told me I did not have internet connection. All other internet connected apps on the phone worked so I tried the fitbit app on my Android tablet. Same thing, no internet connection.

When I click on the clock face I want it just shows a white screen with green circle going round and round it doesn't actually let me see the face or change it on my fitbit. Do you know what I can try?

I have not been able to change the clock face on my Fitbit Inspire HR. I have read many forum posts and followed the instructions perfectly. Every time I click on clock faces inside the app I get a "No Internet" error (See attached image. This happens via Wifi and Mobile Data connection types.

I have an Inspire 2, and I'm looking for a clock face that has large lettering and numerals. Does anyone have any suggestions? (Time, Date [day of week], Steps, Miles, and Heart Rate preferred.) Will all clock faces work with the Inspire 2? The reason I ask is that I noticed some clock faces have certain models next to their display. Thank you!

Thank you for your inquiry. The Inspire 2 has a set of clock faces designed for it by the Fitbit team. Unlike the smartwatches there isn't a option for third party developers to create new clock faces for this tracker. Still you can share your idea about new clock faces in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

Hi @BrendanG, and thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about adding a larger font size for heart rate on Inspire 2 clock faces. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. If this suggestion receives votes from other customers and gains popularity, it will be shared internally with various teams at Fitbit. Seems like this feature, which is needed for us over 50, is not currently planned. Pity, as all that would be needed is a different clock face. Looks like I won't be planning to continue to use my inspire 2 once my subscription ends.

Fitbit offers 21 clock faces for the Inspire 3 via the companion app. The default Highlight clock face comes in three color options (green, yellow, or purple), and shows the time, date, and various stats you can cycle through by tapping the screen. Most of the other clock faces are not customizable.

Hi, @walt2634 , no, only some of the clock faces cost money. None of the Fitbit developed ones do. I would recommend that your app is up-to-date (check in the App store or Google play store depending on which phone operating system you have) and make sure that you have a robust internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) and that your Fitbit is paired with your phone (when you open the app if you get a message to pair your Fitbit, say yes!). Then from the opening page of the app click on the small icon top left and on the next screen choose the picture of your Inspire 3. On the Inspire 3 screen choose Gallery and Clock Faces in order to see the possible clock face options.

Hi, @Kershak , if you open the Fitbit app and click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch) and on the next screen click on your Inspire 3. From the Inspire 3 screen you will see Gallery and Clock faces at the top. If you browse the clock faces there you will see the ones that are specific to your Fitbit. ff782bc1db
