This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application **Fasting** ("the Application") created by **Gao Ming** ("we", "us", or "our").
The Application is designed as a personal health tool to help you track fasting sessions, water intake, body measurements, weight, blood metrics, and notes.
### 1. Data Collection and Transmission (Local Health Data & Online Subscription Verification)
* **On-Device Storage for Health Data:** All information you enter regarding your personal health (including fasting sessions, weight history, water intake, body dimensions, blood metrics, and notes) is stored strictly on your device using a local Room database and DataStore preferences. We do NOT collect, upload, share, or transmit any of your personal health data to any external servers or third parties.
* **Internet Access for Subscription Verification:** The Application uses internet access solely for the purpose of validating and managing your premium subscriptions. Only purchase receipt tokens and subscription status are transmitted off the device to secure purchase verification servers.
### 2. Device Permissions Used
To provide the core features of the Application, we request the following system permissions:
* **Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):** Used to send you reminders for starting your fasts, completing fasting goals, and anti-forget notifications to end fasting.
* **Receive Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED):** Used to automatically reschedule your fasting reminders and timers after your device is restarted.
* **Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING):** Used to process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.
### 3. Data Control and Deletion
Since all of your health data is stored locally on your device:
* You have absolute control over your health data.
* You can delete all your local data at any time by clearing the Application's storage/cache in your Android system settings, or by simply uninstalling the Application.
* For any subscription data processed by our billing partners, you can request data deletion by contacting us.
### 4. Children's Privacy
Because the Application does not collect, transmit, or share any personal health information from its users, it is safe for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age.
### 5. Third-Party Services
To manage and process in-app purchases and subscriptions, the Application integrates:
* **RevenueCat:** A subscription platform used to verify purchase status and unlock premium features. RevenueCat receives transaction-related information (such as purchase tokens and transaction IDs) but does not receive your personal health data.
* **Google Play Billing:** Used to process payments securely.
Other than these billing services, the Application does not integrate any third-party ads, analytics platforms, or user tracking tools.
### 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page (or within the store listing). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
