• Audio Data – Voice recordings that you upload or record within the App for voice cloning purposes.
• Text Input – Any text you enter to generate speech or interact with AI features.
• Device Information – Basic technical information such as device type, operating system, and app version for performance optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to deliver and improve the App experience:

• Generate AI voice clones and text-to-speech outputs

• Improve accuracy, performance, and features

• Maintain and optimize system functionality

We do not use your data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. How We Collect Information
We collect data directly from you when you:\

• Record or upload audio to the App

• Enter text for voice generation

• Use features that require AI processing

4. Third-Party AI Services & Data Processing
   To provide AI-powered features, FishLabs AI uses third-party AI services such as Fish Audio.

When you use AI features:
• Audio recordings and text input are securely transmitted to Google Gemini for processing
• The data is used only to generate voice models and speech output
• We do not use your data for training our own models

We do not permanently store your audio or text data on our servers. Data is processed in real-time and discarded after processing, unless you explicitly choose to save generated outputs on your device.

5. User Consent
   Before any audio or text data is sent to third-party AI services, we present a clear in-app consent dialog explaining:
   • What data will be shared (audio and text)
   • Who will receive it (Google Gemini)
   • Why it is required (AI voice generation)

Data is only processed after you explicitly agree. You may decline and continue using non-AI features of the App.

6. Data Storage & Retention
   • We do not store your raw audio recordings on our servers by default
   • Generated audio files are stored locally on your device if you choose to save them
   • You may delete your data at any time within the App

7. Data Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
   Your data is only shared with trusted third-party AI providers strictly for functionality purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy standards.

   We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
