regarding subscriptions : • Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after prchse.
• Any unused portion of the free three day initial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App is intended for personal pet tracking only.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law).
You agree not to misuse the App, including:
Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
Uploading illegal or harmful content
Violating any applicable laws
The App allows you to log water parameters, tank changes, and stocking information.
You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of your entries.
We may collect usage data to improve the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App provides tracking, reminders, and suggestions for aquarium maintenance and other exotic pets.
It is not a substitute for professional veterinary or aquatic advice.
We do not guarantee fish health or water quality outcomes — use recommendations at your own risk.
All App content, design, graphics, and code are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App may integrate with services such as push notifications or cloud storage.
Your use of these services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness of logged data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage or loss, including:
Fish or tank issues
Loss of data or logging information
Direct, indirect, or incidental damages
This applies even if we were aware of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update the App or Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other reasons.
Privacy Policy
The only data collected is for basic analytics & ad targeting, as well as linking your subscription purchases to you - none of it is personally stored by us.
We do not collect your name/email etc, however we do collect anonymised usage data through firebase and posthog.
