1. About the App
Fish Identifier: Snap & Finder is a fish identifier application that allows users to identify fish species by submitting photos or images. The App provides information generated using automated image analysis and reference data.
The App is designed for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Use of the Fish Identifier
You agree to use the fish identifier features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
Upload content that violates the rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the fish identifier system
The identification results are best-effort predictions and may not always be accurate.
3. No Professional Advice
The fish identification results provided by the App:
Are not guaranteed to be correct
Should not be relied upon for safety, legal, medical, or commercial decisions
The App does not replace expert judgment, including but not limited to marine biologists, fisheries experts, or aquarium professionals.
4. User Content
When you upload images to the App:
You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process the images solely for providing fish identifier services
We do not claim ownership of your images.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and the fish identifier technology used in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
If the App offers premium features:
Payments will be charged through your Apple ID
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Incorrect fish identification results
Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the App
Interruptions or errors in the fish identifier service
Use the App at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
