TaskFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, TaskFlow(the "Application"), hosted on the Google Play Store.

To provide a fully synchronized experience and accurate task management, we collect specific categories of data.
Google Account Information: When you authenticate using Google Login, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL. This data is strictly used to create your unique user account, manage user authentication, and securely link your data backup.
Tasks and Meetings: We collect the text, dates, times, and descriptions of the tasks and meetings you create (including data added via bulk creation tools).
Backup & Syncing Data: To support the app's backup and recovery features, your tasks, meeting schedules, and completion statuses are transmitted off your device and stored securely in a remote cloud database. This ensures your data is instantly retrieved if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
Alarm and Notification Permissions: The Application requires access to your device’s system alarm and notification framework to trigger time-sensitive task and meeting reminders.
Device Identifiers: We may collect standard Android device IDs or anonymous installation identifiers solely for account management, security validation, and fraud prevention.
We use the collected data exclusively to power the core functionalities of the Application:
To authenticate your identity and maintain secure account profile access via Google Sign-In.
To organize, display, process, and bulk-create your tasks and meetings.
To synchronize and safely back up your data to a secure cloud infrastructure for easy recovery upon app reinstallation.
To send local notification alerts and trigger system alarms for your scheduled reminders.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or task entries with third-party advertisers or unauthorized external companies. Your data is shared only under the following strictly managed conditions:
Cloud Service Providers: Your data is transmitted to and stored with our trusted cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase or equivalent secure cloud databases) acting strictly as service providers processing data on our behalf.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We prioritize the safety of your information.
In Transit: All communications between the Application and our cloud infrastructure are fully encrypted using secure cryptographic protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
At Rest: Data stored in our secure cloud architecture is protected behind modern security firewalls and access controls.
We retain your task and account data for as long as your account remains active.
In strict compliance with Google Play Developer policies, you have full control over your data. You have the right to request the total deletion of your account and all associated task history at any time.

Upon requesting account deletion, all data tied to your Google Account unique identifier will be permanently purged from our active cloud databases within standard technical intervals.
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
