Building Use Request

Our church facility is available for use by non-profit organizations. A formal application must be completed and will be considered by our committee.

Our classrooms available for no fee:

• Youth Room - located on our lower level and will seat approximately 20 (2 couches with space for additional chairs); the room has an LCD projector and screen

• History Room - located on our lower level and will seat 8 around a conference table

• Emmaus Room - located on our lower level and will seat 8 around a conference table

Our other rooms available for a fee:

• Fellowship Hall - located on our lower level adjacent to our kitchen; this space has a capacity of about 100; this space has an LCD projector and screen; this space has a coffee maker

• Westminster Room/Geneva Room - located on our upper level adjacent to our sanctuary; this room has a capacity of about 50; this space has a small kitchenette

• Sanctuary - located on our upper level; our sanctuary has a capacity of about 250

• Kitchen-lower level - this space is our full kitchen with dishwasher, wall ovens, gas cooktop and refrigerator

• Kitchen-upper level - this space is in the Westminster Room; includes a coffee maker, sink and small refrigerator

Please take a look at our online calendar (below) to check for availability for your date and time and complete the Building Use Request form. After completing the form, you will receive an email copy of the formal application. You may email, mail or drop off the completed application and it will be forwarded to our committee for final approval.
