Where do you go for answers?

Teams around the world are working together to create a 24/7 call center called FIRST Help Now to help teams during build season. Over the years, we’ve learnt that teams old and new alike may encounter problems in build season that they need assistance with. Teams from around the world, from America, to India, to Australia all need access to helpful expertise. Unfortunately time zones have managed to get in the way, making it hard to communicate with international teams.

Teams working on the call centre are Cheesy Poofs, Magma Robotics, Hawaiian Kids, BumbleB, the Griffins, Chop Shop and Sultans of Turkiye, and Thunder Down Under. The idea is to create a place where teams around the world can have immediate access to help and advice when needed.
