Fees

  • £150 for a Ltd company incorporation, VAT registration, employer registration

  • £50 p/m for a business address

  • £150 for quarterly VAT submission

  • £25 for issuing a payslip (inclusive of RTI submission to the HMRC)

  • £5 p/m in addition to payslip's fee for administering pension

  • £500-1,000 for Annual Accounts (submission to the Companies House and the HMRC)

  • £50 for a Confirmation Statement

  • Business plan fees start from £990
