- voice-input functionality;
- QR-code assisted connection;
- screen mirroring;
- management of previously connected devices and connection preferences.
Certain functionality depends on the capabilities of the connected device, network configuration, operating system, and other technical conditions.
Not every feature is available for every device.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
The App is provided for personal and lawful use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access and control any device to which you connect through the App.
You must not use the App to access, interfere with, control, or attempt to control devices or networks without authorization.
4. DEVICE CONNECTION AND LOCAL NETWORK
The App relies on a local network connection for device discovery, communication, remote-control functionality, and certain other features.
For proper operation, your phone and compatible streaming device may need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi or local network.
Connection quality, availability, response time, and supported controls may depend on factors outside our control, including:
- network configuration;
- Wi-Fi signal quality;
- device firmware;
- operating-system versions;
- device settings;
- third-party device restrictions;
- changes made by device manufacturers or platform providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity with every device or network configuration.
5. SCREEN MIRRORING
Where supported, the App may provide screen-mirroring functionality between your phone and a compatible device.
Screen-mirroring performance and availability may depend on the connected device, local network, media format, operating-system restrictions, content-protection technologies, and third-party services.
Certain content may not support screen mirroring due to digital rights management, technical restrictions, or policies imposed by content or platform providers.
The user is responsible for ensuring that content displayed or transmitted using the App is used lawfully and that the user has any necessary rights or permissions.
6. CAMERA, MICROPHONE AND SPEECH RECOGNITION
Certain optional features require access to system capabilities.
Camera access may be used for scanning QR codes during supported connection or setup processes.
Microphone and speech-recognition access may be used when you choose to use voice-input functionality
The availability and performance of these features depend on your device and operating-system services.
You may control applicable permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding App feature from functioning.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its software, source code, interface, graphics, design elements, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
- create derivative works based on the App;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App;
- remove or alter proprietary notices contained within the App;
- use the App in a manner that infringes the intellectual-property rights of another person or entity.
8. THIRD-PARTY DEVICES, SERVICES AND CONTENT
The App may interact with compatible devices, applications, platforms, content, or services provided by third parties.
Availability of such third-party functionality may change without notice and may be affected by updates, restrictions, discontinuation, or technical changes made by third parties.
References to compatible devices, applications, services, or content are provided solely to describe interoperability or functionality where applicable.
Third-party services and content are governed by their respective providers’ terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, operation, content, policies, or practices of third-party products or services.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.
Available products, subscription periods, prices, introductory offers, and trial periods, if any, are displayed within the App before purchase and may vary by country, platform, or offer.
Payment is charged through your platform account upon confirmation of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off within the period required by the applicable platform before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your platform account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Any refund requests are subject to the rules and procedures of the platform through which the purchase was made.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to devices or networks;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or connected systems;
- circumvent security or access-control mechanisms;
- use the App to violate another person’s privacy or rights;
- introduce malicious code or otherwise attempt to damage the App;
- use the App in violation of applicable intellectual-property laws.
11. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
Updates may be necessary because of changes to operating systems, device protocols, technical requirements, security requirements, or third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee that all existing functionality will remain available indefinitely or that the App will remain compatible with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
We do not guarantee that every remote-control command or feature will be supported by every compatible device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the App.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party devices, network conditions, internet or Wi-Fi availability, operating-system restrictions, third-party services, or changes made by device or platform providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are materially violated, where required by law, or where continued provision of the App is no longer technically or commercially feasible.
Termination does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through the applicable platform account.
15. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the App is processed and how features such as local network access, camera access, voice input, local storage, and subscriptions are handled.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, technical requirements, or our practices.
The revised Terms will become effective when made available through the App or its associated distribution page, as appropriate.
The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you in connection with a specific purchase or feature, constitute the applicable agreement regarding your use of the App.
