This privacy notice explains how FireSoft Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses PlayFab to handle your game data. We do not collect any personal information directly—PlayFab manages all data processing under its own privacy practices.

We only use PlayFab for:

• Player account identifiers (username, PlayFab ID)

• Game progress and statistics (levels, scores, inventory)

• Technical and performance data (device type, session logs)

We do not collect or store emails, payment details, or social media profiles ourselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

PlayFab processes your data to:

• Authenticate your game sessions

• Save and load gameplay progress

• Provide in-game features (leaderboards, achievements)

• Diagnose and fix technical issues

We never use your data for marketing or share it with third parties outside PlayFab’s service partners.

5. Data Retention

Your data remains in PlayFab as long as you have an active account or until you request deletion. Once deleted, PlayFab permanently removes all associated information.

PlayFab implements industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, auditing) to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe PlayFab has inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us to request immediate deletion.
