Fire Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application Fire Music.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information from our users.
The app only accesses and processes the following information locally on your device:
Audio Files: We access music/audio files stored on your device using:
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO (Android 13+)
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
This access is used only to display and play your local music files within the app.
No audio files or metadata are uploaded to our servers.
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO – To read and display music files stored on your device (Android 13+).
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – To read music files on devices running Android 12 or lower.
INTERNET – Required to load ads and retrieve animation/icon resources.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – To check your network status for loading ads.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & WAKE_LOCK – To keep music playback running smoothly even when the screen is off.
We do not use these permissions for any other purpose.
Fire Music uses Google AdMob to display one native advertisement inside the app.
AdMob may collect and process limited, non-personal information such as device type, app usage, and approximate location to serve relevant ads.

We use the following third-party services:
Google AdMob – For displaying native advertisements.
Lottie by Airbnb – For loading animations inside the app.
Flaticon – For app icons and graphic elements.

Icons by Flaticon (Free License – credit given as per requirements).
Animations by LottieFiles / Airbnb Lottie.
Since the app does not store personal information on our servers, there is no risk of remote data breaches. All music files are processed locally on your device.
Our app is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. However, it can be used by all age groups as it contains only music playback and minimal advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and/or on the app listing.
