FinventoryX Privacy Policy Effective Date: March 27, 2025 The FinventoryX team is committed to providing you with a convenient and secure application while respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information within the application and explains your rights as a user. We have designed this policy to be clear and compliant with applicable data protection standards. 1. Collection of Personal Data The FinventoryX team does not collect personal data from users, such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that could identify you as an individual. We do not request or store such information on our servers or any external systems. 2. Data Provided During Onboarding When you first launch the FinventoryX app, you may provide certain data, such as country, currency, language, gender, and date of birth. This data is stored solely on your device using standard storage mechanisms (e.g., UserDefaults) and is not transmitted to the FinventoryX team or third parties. It is used only to customize the app to your preferences and remains fully under your control. 3. Data Entered Outside of Onboarding Any information you input into the app after completing onboarding (e.g., records, settings, or other user data) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data, do not collect it, and do not transfer it anywhere. This data remains local and accessible only to you. 4. In-App Messages FinventoryX offers a feature for receiving in-app messages. These messages are primarily informational (e.g., notifications about app updates or helpful tips) and may include a limited amount of useful advertising related to enhancing your app experience. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to receive such messages. We do not use your personal data to send them, as we do not collect it. 5. Use of Geolocation Upon launching the app, we may request access to your geolocation to automatically determine your country and currency during onboarding. This request is voluntary, and you may decline to provide access. If you consent, geolocation data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties. After determining your country and currency, geolocation access is discontinued. 6. No Data Sharing with Third Parties We do not share any information about you with third parties because we do not collect it. FinventoryX does not use third-party analytics services, advertising platforms, or other tools that could collect or transmit user data. 7. Your Rights and Control Options You have full control over the data stored on your device and can modify or delete it through the app settings. Additionally, you may opt out of receiving messages at any time by disabling this feature in the settings. Disabling messages does not affect your access to FinventoryX’s core functionality. 8. Data Security Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on the protective measures you apply to your device (e.g., passwords or encryption). The FinventoryX team is not responsible for data loss due to device loss or unauthorized access. 9. Changes to the Privacy Policy We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in app functionality or applicable laws. The current version of the policy is always available within the app. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app message, provided you have not disabled this feature. 10.
