Welcome to Wall Street Pass ("FinPass", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience while using our mobile application.Â
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile application available on the Google Play Store (the "App").
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We believe in minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account with personal details to use our basic core services.
a) Information Stored Locally on Your Device:
- Quiz and Exam Progress: Practice scores, completed questions, bookmarks, daily study streaks, and mock exam diagnostic reports.
- App Preferences: Selected exam tracks (SIE or Series 7), theme preferences (Light/Dark mode), and audio/haptic feedback settings.
- Pro Pass Entitlement: Verification token indicating whether you have an active Subscription or Lifetime Pass.
b) Automatically Collected Technical Data:
- Standard device information such as device model, operating system version (Android), and basic performance/crash analytics provided automatically by the Android OS and Google Play Console to ensure app stability.
c) Financial & Payment Information:
- We DO NOT collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.
- All purchases, subscriptions, and transactions are processed entirely and securely by Google LLC through the official Google Play Billing system.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information collected solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and personalize your FINRA exam prep experience.
- Calculate your exam readiness score and performance breakdowns.
- Process, restore, and verify your PRO in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Diagnose technical issues and fix software crashes.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our App utilizes Google Play Services to facilitate app distribution and in-app transactions. These third parties may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- All your quiz progress, bookmarks, and local data are stored directly on your device.
- You can permanently erase all local data at any time by clearing the App's data/cache in your Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)
Our App is intended for professional candidates and adult students preparing for financial licensing exams. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
