RedamancyTech ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Finjanak mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how Finjanak accesses, uses, processes, and protects information when you use the app.

1. Information We Access and Process

Finjanak may access and process the following information:

• Camera and Photos

Finjanak allows users to take a photo of the inside of a coffee cup or select an existing image from their device for analysis.

• User Questions

When using the "Ask the Cup" feature, users may voluntarily enter a question.

• Coffee Cup Reading Data

The app processes generated reading information, including visible symbols, love, work, future possibilities, and the cup message.

• Locally Saved Readings

Reading history and associated cup images may be stored locally on the user's device.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used only to provide the application's features, including:

• Analyzing coffee cup images.

• Generating coffee cup readings.

• Answering questions submitted through the "Ask the Cup" feature.

• Displaying and storing reading history on the user's device.

• Maintaining and improving application reliability and functionality.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Finjanak uses artificial intelligence services to analyze coffee cup images and generate responses.

Images, questions, and relevant reading information may be transmitted securely to our server and to third-party artificial intelligence service providers when necessary to provide these features.

We do not intentionally use this information for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Finjanak may use third-party service providers to operate its features, including:

• Cloud server hosting providers.

• Artificial intelligence service providers.

• Google Play services required for distributing and operating the Android application.

These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Reading history and saved cup images may be stored locally on the user's device.

Information transmitted to our server for analysis is processed as necessary to provide the requested feature.

We do not intentionally create or maintain permanent user profiles based on coffee cup images or questions submitted through the app.

Server-side information may be temporarily retained where technically necessary for service operation, security, debugging, or legal compliance.

6. Data Sharing

RedamancyTech does not sell users' personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, process user requests, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through Finjanak.

Data transmitted between the app and our server is sent using encrypted HTTPS connections.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. User Control and Data Deletion

Users can remove locally stored reading history and application data by using available application controls, clearing the application's data from Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

If you contact us regarding information that may be stored on our systems, we will review and respond to valid deletion requests where applicable.

9. Children's Privacy

Finjanak is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

Users should not submit personally identifying, sensitive, or confidential information through coffee cup images or questions.

10. Camera and Photo Access

Camera access is used only when the user chooses to take a coffee cup photo.

Photo access is used only when the user chooses to select an existing image from their device.

Finjanak does not use the camera in the background.

11. Advertising

Finjanak does not currently use user information for targeted advertising.

If advertising features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date shown at the top of this policy.
