  FindMeAPro ("we", "our", or "us") operates a photography

  booking platform that connects buyers with photographers.

  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and

  a) Account Information

     - Full name

     - Email address

     - Account role (Buyer or Photographer)

  b) Location Data

     - Precise GPS location (used to show nearby photographers

       on the map view). Location is only accessed while

       using the app.

  c) Photos & Media

     - Portfolio photos uploaded by photographers

     - Profile avatar images

  d) Booking Information

     - Session date, time, and duration

     - Total cost of bookings

     - Booking status (pending/confirmed/cancelled)

  e) Messages

     - In-app chat messages between buyers and photographers

  - To create and manage your account

  - To match buyers with nearby photographers

  - To process and track bookings

  - To enable communication between buyers and photographers

  - To display photographer portfolios and profiles

  4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

  All data is stored on Supabase, Inc. (Singapore), hosted

  on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

  Security measures:

  - Encryption in transit: TLS (HTTPS)

  - Encryption at rest: AES-256

  - Row-level security: users can only access their own data

  - Sessions are secured with JWT tokens

  5. THIRD-PARTY SHARING

  We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with

  third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  - Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication, file storage)

  We may disclose data if required by law or to protect

  the rights and safety of our users.

  6. DATA RETENTION

  Your data is retained as long as your account is active.

  When you delete your account, all your personal data,

  bookings, messages, and uploaded files are permanently

  and immediately deleted.

  You have the right to:

  - Access your personal data

  - Correct inaccurate data

  - Delete your account and all associated data

  - Withdraw consent at any time

  To delete your account:

  Open the app → Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account

  8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

  FindMeAPro is not intended for users under the age of 13.

  We do not knowingly collect data from children.
