The following terms (hereinafter referred to as the "User Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Developer regarding your download, installation, use and access to the Application and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read the following terms carefully as they have an important impact on your rights, obligations and responsibilities in using the Service. By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to accept and abide by all the provisions of these User Terms.

By using this Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the Application.

6. In-App Purchases / Subscriptions

The Application may offer in-app purchases (e.g., virtual items, subscriptions).

• All transactions are processed via Apple’s App Store, subject to Apple’s terms (pricing, payment, refunds);

• You acknowledge that Apple’s policies govern purchases, usage, and refunds;

• We disclaim liability for availability, accuracy, or security of in-app purchases. Contact Apple directly for disputes.

7. Data Processing for Refund Requests

Per App Store policies, if you request a refund, we will receive a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification and provide Apple with subscription-related consumption data (excluding personal/sensitive information) to facilitate refund decisions. You consent to this data transfer, and we commit to compliance with privacy laws and Apple’s requirements.

8. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

• The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy, or security;

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination and Amendments

• We may modify these Terms or suspend/terminate services at any time without notice;

• Violations of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination

10. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties;

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable;

• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
