Use this site to set up your virtual finch experiment
Once you have decided on your variables, you will receive real spectrogram data, real song recording data, and simplified neuron activity data from experiments carried out by Woolley and Moore. Remember, you are trying to determine if song learning in finches is determined by genes, environment, or a combination or the two.
You will be using twin baby brother finches for your experiment. One of them, the control finch, will be raised by its real parents. The other, the experimental finch, will be cross-fostered and raised by a tutor of your choice.
