1st Semester Graphic Design

The Basics

This is my very first project on Photoshop and I loved it. I mainly choose this idea for the comedic value and also for love of everything Danny Devito. The one thing that I wish I had learned how to do prior to this project is feathering. The edges on the foreground Danny are obviously un-feathered and that is what I wish I could change.

My Names Is

I chose to make my initials look like water because of my love for the pool. I have always been a swimmer. I love swimming whether its on or off the team.

Fish Out of Water

This image was kind off weird and random looking back on it. My best explanation for this image is that for some reason a Narwhals horn reminded me of bagels hanging from a stick. So I went with that and brought my idea to life.

Photo Retouching

This was my first experience in making someone look better in Photoshop. While looking back on it I did think it was fun, I'm not sure I liked it that much it made me feel bad to fake something like that. My motivation behind this one was well if I'm gonna make myself look good I might as well go all the way.

Inked Myself

This photo was by far the most controversial photo produced from the Graphics Design class this year. What started off as a standoff inspired by breaking bad slowly degraded into a shootout with a naked man, classy gangster, and a detective.

Then and Now

This picture is very sentimental to me and my family because the car in the back is a 1975 Ford Bronco. This was my Grandpa's car until he died, which then got handed down to my Uncle. Many years later my Uncle was hit by another car head on. After many years of hard work we have restored the car.

Animal Discovery

This photo was the product of have a very random brain like much of the other photos above. I thought to myself what to animals are extremely different and would never go together, but would make a funny name if the did. Thus the monkey camel was born otherwise known as the Mamel.
