Film Project Planner is a mobile app that helps you plan and organize film projects and generate production plans, shooting schedules, and scenes lists. The app works offline, does not create user accounts, and does not send your data to our or any other servers.
Imported Files (read-only, optional): If you grant permission, the app can read selected files from your device’s storage to prefill selected scenes fields. We do not upload or otherwise transmit your files to us.
Project data you enter: Names, scenes, scene information, project details, and notes you type are stored locally on your device.
Generated files: When you export/share a PDF, CSV, DOCX, or RTF, those files may contain personal data. Exports are fully user-initiated and are shared only with the apps/services you choose (e.g., Mail, Drive, AirDrop, printer). We do not receive these files.
No analytics, ad SDKs, or tracking.
No server-side storage, syncing, or profile creation.
No background data transfers to us.
Note: Your platform provider (Apple/Google) may independently receive basic diagnostics or crash logs if you opted into their programs. We do not control those and do not receive them from the platform.
Files — used solely to let you import film script details. The app functions without this permission; you can add entries manually.
Photos — used solely to let you import company logos or project thumbnails. The app functions without this permission; you can add entries manually.
You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in system settings; the app will still work.
You control all exports/shares. If you no longer wish to keep exported files, delete them from the destination app/service.
Because the app stores and processes data only on your device and does not transmit it to us, we act as a provider of on-device software. If you contact us (e.g., for support), we will process the personal data you include in your message for the purpose of responding (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). We store such communications only as long as necessary to handle your request.
The app is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We do not transfer your in-app data to our servers. If you choose to share files to third-party apps or cloud services, their processing and transfers are governed by their policies.
If we change what data we collect or introduce cloud features/analytics, we will update this policy and the in-app notice. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

Von Ihnen eingegebene Projektdaten: Namen, Daten, Szenen, und Notizen werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
Erstellte Dateien: Beim Export/Teilen von PDF / DOCX können personenbezogene Daten enthalten sein. Exporte erfolgen ausschließlich durch Sie und werden nur mit den Apps/Diensten geteilt, die Sie auswählen (z. B. Mail, Drive, AirDrop, Drucker). Wir erhalten diese Dateien nicht.
Keine Analysen, keine Werbe-SDKs, kein Tracking.

Hinweis: Ihr Plattformanbieter (Apple/Google) kann — sofern Sie dort zugestimmt haben — unabhängig von uns Diagnose- oder Crash-Daten erhalten. Darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss; wir bekommen diese Daten nicht.
Bilder — ausschließlich, um Firmen-Logos und Projekt-Thumbnails zu importieren. Die App ist auch ohne diese Berechtigung nutzbar.
Sie können die Berechtigungen jederzeit in den Systemeinstellungen verweigern oder widerrufen; die App bleibt funktionsfähig.
Exporte/Teilen steuern Sie selbst. Wenn Sie exportierte Dateien nicht mehr benötigen, löschen Sie diese beim Ziel-Dienst.
Da die App Daten nur auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet und keine Übermittlung an uns erfolgt, stellen wir eine On-Device-Software bereit. Wenn Sie uns kontaktieren (z. B. Support), verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen übermittelten personenbezogenen Daten zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b/f DSGVO) und speichern sie nur so lange, wie dies hierfür erforderlich ist.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern.
Wir übertragen Ihre In-App-Daten nicht an unsere Server. Wenn Sie Dateien an Drittanbieter-Apps oder Cloud-Dienste teilen, gelten deren Bedingungen und Datenschutzhinweise.
Sollten wir künftig Daten erheben (z. B. Cloud-Funktionen/Analysen), passen wir diese Erklärung sowie den In-App-Hinweis an. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist unter dieser URL abrufbar.
