About me

Hello, I am Filip. I am a Research Assistant Professor at Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, Stony Brook.

I obtained my PhD degree at the University of Oxford in 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Alexander Ritter and Prof. Kevin McGerty.

Research Interests

Symplectic Topology: Symplectic cohomology, Exact Lagrangians, Microlocal sheaves.

Geometric Representation Theory: Conical Symplectic Resolutions, in particular, quiver varieties and Slodowy varieties; 

Algebraic Geometry: Higgs moduli spaces
