When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content. We would use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. 1.6 Storage Permissions
1.6.1 Storage device permission (for Android 5.1 to 10)
When you use our application scanning files on your device, we need permission to access your local device to search all the files. Also, when you want to recover files, we need the storage permission of the local device, in order to save the recovered files. This permission is only for scanning files from your device or saving files to your device. We will not obtain or collect any video, photos, audios or other files from your device, nor will we automatically modify or delete the content in your local media storage.
1.6.2 All files access permission (for Android 11 & above Android version)
When you use our application scanning files on your device, we need your permission before accessing your local device to search all the files. Also, when you want to recover files, we need the storage permission of the local device, in order to save the recovered files. This permission is only for scanning files from your device or saving files to your device. We will not obtain or collect any video, photos, audios or other files from your device, nor will we automatically modify or delete the content in your local media storage.
2. Use of personal information
2.1 Necessary for the implementation of product functions
The information we collect follows the principle of minimum necessity and is used to implement the aforementioned business functions or services.
2.2 Handling of changes in the purpose of use of personal information
You can access, modify and delete the personal information you provide during the use of our services. If you have any questions, you can also contact us through customer service.

6.Data Security and Storage

l Data Retention Period:
(1)Log information: Retained for 180 days for debugging, analysis, and service improvement purposes. After this period, the log information will be anonymized or deleted.
(2)Contact information for feedback: Retained as long as necessary to respond to your feedback, and then deleted within 30 days after the feedback is resolved.
(3)Other personal information: Stored only during the period of your use of the application on your device, and deleted when you clear the app cache or uninstall the application, except as otherwise required by law.
7.Age Verification for Minors (GDPR Compliance)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if we have reason to believe that a user is a minor (under the age of 16, which is the general age of consent under GDPR), we will implement age verification procedures.
