This privacy policy applies to the Fijify app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Fanastar Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The operating system you use on your mobile device
General usage data for performance and stability improvements
In addition, because the Application uses Augmented Reality (AR) and map features, it may access:
Location Data – to show your position on the map and enable proper AR placement.
Camera Access – required to display AR content. The Application does not store or transmit your camera feed.
The Application does not gather precise personal information such as your name, email, or payment details unless you voluntarily provide them.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important updates, notices, or promotional content.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may request you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any data you provide will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety of users, or to investigate fraud;
with trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and agree to adhere to this Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at Hello@fijify.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Location and camera data are not stored on the Service Provider’s servers.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed at anyone under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at Hello@fijify.com so they can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information processed and maintained. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any updates, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
