End-to-end automated data engineering pipeline with live technical indicators, multi-API integration, and real-time Telegram alerts.

 The Business Problem

Retail forex traders are flooded with data but starved of timely, actionable signals. Manually monitoring EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY across multiple indicators  while tracking market sentiment and news — is both time-consuming and error-prone. Delayed signals mean missed entries and unnecessary losses.

This project builds a fully automated pipeline that does the monitoring for you: fetching live rates, computing key technical indicators, assessing market sentiment from news, and delivering consolidated alerts directly to your Telegram, all in real time.

What This Pipeline Does

•  Pulls live OHLC forex data for EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY via Twelve Data API

•  Computes EMA (10 & 50), RSI, ATR, support/resistance levels, and trend direction automatically

• Fetches latest market news via NewsAPI and scores sentiment (Bullish/Bearish) using Finnhub

•  Logs all data to PostgreSQL (Neon) for historical analysis and to Google Sheets for real-time dashboarding

•  Sends formatted Telegram alerts including trend signal, EMA crossover status, sentiment, and breaking news headlines

• Runs on a scheduler — fully autonomous once deployed
