This Privacy Policy describes how Figas ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile applications and games ("our Apps" or "the App"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Username: A display name you choose for local multiplayer. This is stored only on your device and is not sent to any server.
Avatar: An emoji you select as your profile picture. Stored only on your device.
Age Category: When you first open the App, we ask whether you are under 13, between 13 and 17, or 18 or older. We store only the age category (not your date of birth) to comply with children's privacy laws.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
WiFi Network Name (SSID): The App reads your WiFi network name solely to enable local multiplayer — so players on the same network can find each other. We do not store, transmit, or share your WiFi network name with any third party.
Local IP Address: Used only for peer-to-peer communication during local multiplayer matches. This address is not sent to any external server.
Device Information: Through third-party SDKs (described in Section 3), basic device information such as device model, operating system version, screen size, and language may be collected.
Advertising Identifier: Your device's Advertising ID may be collected by our advertising partner to serve ads. You can reset or disable this identifier in your device settings.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
Email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords
Precise GPS location or location history
Photos, videos, or other media from your device
Contacts or call logs
Personal identification documents
Financial or payment information
How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
Local Multiplayer: WiFi network name and local IP address are used exclusively to discover nearby players and establish peer-to-peer game connections on your local network.
Age-Appropriate Ads: Your age category determines the type of advertisements shown, ensuring compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Analytics: To understand how the App is used, identify bugs, and improve the user experience.
Crash Reporting: To detect and fix technical issues.
Ad Delivery: To display advertisements that support the free availability of the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
3.1 Appodeal (Advertising)
We use Appodeal as our advertising mediation platform to display ads (banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos). Appodeal and its mediation partners may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, IP address, and device information to serve and measure advertisements.

For users identified as children (under 13), we enable COPPA-compliant child-directed treatment, which limits data collection and disables personalized advertising.
3.2 Firebase Analytics (Google)
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, screen views, game events, and feature usage. Firebase Analytics may collect device information, app activity, and a unique app-instance identifier.

3.3 Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, including device state, stack traces, and device identifiers. This data helps us identify and fix technical issues.

Location Permissions
The App requests location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) on Android. We do not use these permissions to track your geographic location. Starting with Android 8.1, the operating system requires location permissions to read the WiFi network name (SSID). This is the sole reason the App requests location access — to display your WiFi network name for local multiplayer matchmaking.
Bluetooth Permissions
The App requests Bluetooth permissions to enable local multiplayer over Bluetooth as an alternative to WiFi. Bluetooth is used exclusively for peer-to-peer game connections between nearby devices. No Bluetooth data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties.
Local Multiplayer and Data Sharing Between Players
During local multiplayer matches, the following information is shared directly between connected devices on the same local network or Bluetooth connection:
Your chosen username
Your selected avatar (emoji)
Your tournament rank
Game moves and game state
This data is transmitted directly between devices (peer-to-peer) and is not routed through any external server. No gameplay data is stored after a session ends.
Data Storage and Retention
All personal preferences (username, avatar, age category, game progress, and virtual currency balance) are stored locally on your device only using Android SharedPreferences. We do not maintain any cloud database of user information.
Local Data: Automatically deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings.
Analytics Data: Retained by Firebase according to Google's data retention policies.
Crash Data: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Ad Data: Retained by Appodeal and its partners according to their respective privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We ask users to identify their age category upon first use of the App.
For users under 13, we enable child-directed ad treatment, which disables personalized advertising and limits data collection by advertising networks.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described in this policy.
The App does not include social features, chat functionality, or user-generated content.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information beyond what is described here, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your Rights and Choices
Uninstall: Removing the App deletes all locally stored data.
Advertising ID: You can reset or opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device's advertising settings (Settings > Google > Ads on most Android devices).
Location Permission: You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. Note that this may prevent the App from discovering local multiplayer opponents via WiFi.
Bluetooth Permission: You can revoke Bluetooth permission at any time through your device settings.
Analytics Opt-Out: You may limit analytics data collection through your device's Google settings.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through our Apps. All gameplay data is transmitted over local networks only. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
