Hello. I got the FIFA beta, downloaded it, but it didn't appear anywhere in my game library. However i can see I actually have it in my game library online and and on the transactions section on the playstation. I believed this to be a sony problem so I've gone through everything possible with them such as reset licences. Be the primary PS4 and try downloading it online. Because of this I'm wondering if it's actually an issue with the beta itself. I can view the game online on my psn account but it won't let me download or install it. It also doesn't let me view it in my psn app.

I got a message to say i could play the fifa 22 beta followed the steps to acquire it on the psn redeem came up to accept so pressed ok and it did not come up in my install or in my games list so have not been able to trial it quite disappointed as was looking forward to testing it.

@needege Oh I see, thanks for explaining further. As long as the account you got the beta for is on your other console (both consoles) then I don't see a problem. It just wouldn't work on a different account

Hello, if you are referring to the Fifa 20 beta, the beta email will tell you what console you got the beta for and the code will only work on that console. It is not possible to get a new code for the other console or swap consoles.
