FieldLog AI ("the App") is operated as an individual developer app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Project information you enter (name, address, contacts)

• Site photos you add

• Weather logs, RFI records, quantity items, and daily notes you create

• API credentials and OAuth tokens for Google Sheets and OneDrive (stored securely in your device's Keychain)

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect any personal data on our servers

• We do not use analytics or tracking tools

• We do not share your data with any third parties

• We do not have access to your project data

Third Party Services
The App optionally connects to:

• Google Sheets API — to export your data to your own Google Sheets account

• Microsoft OneDrive — to upload files to your own OneDrive account

• OpenWeatherMap API — to fetch current weather conditions

Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only access your accounts with your explicit permission.

Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. Exported data goes directly to your own Google or Microsoft accounts.

Subscription
The App offers a monthly subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment and billing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not store any payment information.

Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
