1. 개인정보처리방침 개요
설코드(이하 “개발자”)는 현장 기록 카메라(Field Note Lens, 이하 “앱”) 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱이 어떤 정보와 권한에 접근하고, 해당 정보를 어떻게 사용·저장·공유하는지 설명합니다.

2. 앱이 접근하는 정보와 사용 목적
앱은 핵심 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보와 기기 권한에 접근할 수 있습니다.
- 카메라: 현장 사진과 동영상을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 마이크: 동영상 촬영 시 음성을 녹음하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 위치 정보: 촬영 지역을 확인하고 파일명, 폴더명 또는 워터마크에 지역 정보를 반영하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진·동영상 및 파일: 촬영 결과를 기기에 저장하고, 갤러리에서 조회·정리·공유하거나 PDF 및 ZIP 파일을 생성하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 네트워크: 사용자가 Google Drive 연동을 선택한 경우 Google 로그인과 Drive 업로드를 위해 사용합니다.
위 정보는 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 사용됩니다.
3. 로컬 데이터 처리
사진, 동영상, 메모, 파일명, 접두사, 지역, 앱 설정 및 업로드 상태는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 내부에서 처리됩니다.
앱은 촬영 파일과 사용자 설정을 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 사진, 동영상, 메모 또는 정확한 위치 정보를 별도로 수집하거나 열람할 수 없습니다.
4. Google Drive 선택 연동
Google Drive 연동은 사용자가 직접 선택하는 선택 기능입니다.
사용자가 Google Drive를 연결하면 앱은 Google 인증 서비스와 Google Drive API를 사용합니다. 앱은 Google Drive의 drive.file 권한을 요청하며, 이 권한은 앱이 생성하거나 업로드한 파일을 관리하는 데 사용됩니다.
사용자가 설정한 업로드 방식에 따라 사진, 동영상, PDF 또는 ZIP 파일이 사용자의 Google Drive로 직접 전송될 수 있습니다. 해당 파일은 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
Google 계정 정보와 인증 토큰은 Google의 인증 시스템 및 기기 내 보안 저장소를 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 Google 계정 비밀번호를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
Google Drive 연동을 해제해도 이미 Drive에 업로드된 파일은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 사용자는 Google Drive에서 해당 파일을 직접 확인하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
Google 서비스에서 처리되는 정보에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 서비스 약관이 적용될 수 있습니다.
5. 정보 공유
개발자는 사용자의 개인정보와 촬영 파일을 판매하지 않습니다.
다음 경우에는 사용자의 명시적인 동작에 따라 정보가 다른 서비스로 전달될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 Android 공유 기능으로 사진, 동영상, PDF 또는 ZIP 파일을 다른 앱에 공유한 경우
- 사용자가 Google Drive 연동과 업로드를 승인한 경우
- 법률에 따라 정보 제공이 요구되는 경우
공유 대상으로 선택한 외부 앱이나 서비스의 개인정보 처리에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 로컬 사진과 동영상은 사용자가 앱 또는 기기에서 삭제할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 앱 설정, 메모 및 미디어 기록은 앱 내부 데이터베이스에 저장되며 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 초기화할 때까지 유지될 수 있습니다.
- 공용 갤러리에 저장된 파일은 앱을 삭제하더라도 기기에 남을 수 있습니다.
- 앱 전용 저장공간의 파일은 운영체제 정책에 따라 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거될 수 있습니다.
- Google Drive에 업로드된 파일은 사용자가 Google Drive에서 삭제할 때까지 유지될 수 있습니다.
사용자는 앱의 삭제 기능, 기기 갤러리 또는 Google Drive를 이용하여 자신의 파일을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
7. 광고 및 추적
현재 앱은 광고를 포함하지 않으며, 맞춤형 광고를 위한 사용자 추적을 수행하지 않습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 현장 업무 기록을 목적으로 하며 만 18세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 개발자가 아동의 개인정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다는 사실을 알게 된 경우 문의 이메일을 통해 삭제 요청을 접수할 수 있습니다.
9. 보안
앱은 Android의 권한 체계, scoped storage 및 Google의 인증·보안 기능을 이용하여 사용자 정보를 보호합니다. Google Drive 통신에는 암호화된 네트워크 연결을 사용합니다.
다만 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없으므로 사용자는 기기 잠금과 Google 계정 보안을 적절하게 관리해야 합니다.
10. 개인정보처리방침 변경
앱 기능 또는 관련 법률과 정책이 변경되면 본 개인정보처리방침이 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하여 알립니다.

1. Overview
SeolCode (“Developer”) respects the privacy of users of Field Note Lens (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information and device permissions the App accesses and how that information is used, stored, and shared.

2. Information and Permissions
The App may access the following information and permissions to provide its core features:
- Camera: To capture field photos and videos.
- Microphone: To record audio while capturing videos.
- Location: To determine the capture region and include regional information in file names, folders, or watermarks.
- Photos, videos, and files: To save, display, organize, share, and create PDF or ZIP files.
- Network: To support Google sign-in and Google Drive uploads when enabled by the user.
This information is used only to provide the requested App features.
3. Local Processing
Photos, videos, notes, file names, prefixes, regions, App settings, and upload status are primarily processed and stored on the user’s device.
The App does not transmit these files or settings to a server operated by the Developer. The Developer cannot independently access the user’s photos, videos, notes, or precise location.
4. Optional Google Drive Integration
Google Drive integration is optional and must be enabled by the user.
When connected, the App uses Google authentication and the Google Drive API. The App requests the drive.file permission, which is limited to files created or uploaded by the App.
Depending on the upload option selected by the user, photos, videos, PDFs, or ZIP files may be transmitted directly to the user’s Google Drive. These files do not pass through a server operated by the Developer.
Google account information and authentication tokens are handled through Google’s authentication system and secure device storage. The Developer does not collect or store the user’s Google account password.
Disconnecting Google Drive does not automatically delete files already uploaded. Users can review or delete those files directly from Google Drive.
Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service may apply to information processed by Google services.
5. Data Sharing
The Developer does not sell users’ personal information or captured files.
Information may be transferred to another service only when:
- The user shares a photo, video, PDF, or ZIP file through the Android sharing interface.
- The user authorizes Google Drive connection and upload.
- Disclosure is required by applicable law.
Information sent to an external app or service is subject to that service’s privacy policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local photos and videos may remain until deleted by the user.
- App settings, notes, and media records may remain until deleted or until App data is cleared.
- Files saved to a public device gallery may remain after the App is uninstalled.
- Files in App-specific storage may be removed when the App is uninstalled, depending on operating system behavior.
- Files uploaded to Google Drive may remain until deleted by the user.
Users can delete their files through the App, device gallery, or Google Drive.
7. Advertising and Tracking
The App does not currently contain advertising and does not track users for personalized advertising.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for field work documentation and is not designed for children under the age of 18.
9. Security
The App uses Android permissions, scoped storage, and Google authentication and security features. Google Drive communications use encrypted network connections.
No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Users should protect their devices and Google accounts appropriately.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features, laws, or platform policies change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date on this page.
