What to Expect

  • Throughout the weekend, you will have the opportunity to enjoy quiet time without your phone (nature, reading, puzzles, journaling, etc), social interactions (meals, board games, yard games, etc.), light physical activity (trail walking, body weight exercises, stretching, and swimming), and guided meditation.

  • Meals will be provided on Saturday (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and Sunday (breakfast), with the option to cook together and enjoy meals family style.
    Food will be centered around a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, and oats), plant-based proteins (beans, lentils, and baked tofu or BYO fish or chicken), and nuts and seeds. Healthy snacks will be available upon arrival and throughout the weekend.

  • This retreat is structured around both experiences and education, so participants will also learn about foundations for a healthy lifestyle (i.e., nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, and stress management) and leave with practical takeaways and an individualized plan for change.

  • Dr. Erica Jowett Hirst, Ph.D., is a Clinical Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA-D) and Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM) with a doctorate in Behavioral Psychology. She specializes in behavior change and lifestyle education, applying evidence-based practice to improving mental and physical health.

  • Elena Swindull, MBA is the founder of Fibbonity, a Wellness Studio for Your Mind and a place for your ultimate well-being! Her system empowers individuals to boost productivity, focus, and resilience against stress and burnout.
