An Hour of Gym

I do this weekly hour of gym

It’s not because of becoming slim

But because my joints are becoming rusty

So moving is a must be

I stretch and burn my fat cells

With push-ups and with dumbbells

I turn my hips, slightly bend my knees

Run around, can hardly breathe

This hour seems painful and extreme

But helps to boost my self-esteem
