Timeline:

Sign ups: October 10th to November 1st

Sorting and Matching: November 2nd to November 17th *

Gift Creation: November 18th to December 24th

Gift Giving: December 25th to December 31st

DROP OUT DEADLINE: December 10th

Extended gift giving deadline for pinch hitters: January 15th

* The matching date will remain the same regardless of when the mod finishes sorting, thank you for understanding!

General Rules:

No NSFW - This event will be SFW only to allow for all to enjoy! (Pg-13 level!)

Digital gifts only!

Please keep your gifts FFXV related.

Your twitter cannot be private and DMs must be open.

Because this is only on twitter, and there is no anon option, consider making a tweet for your gifter to see! || [Example tweet]

Please do not post your gift (or any obvious wips) or reveal yourself to your giftee before the 25th. (The fun of this is in the surprise so be careful not to reveal anything!)

When posting please tag / @ your giftee in the tweet and please use #FFXVSS202x (the x being the current year of the event) so I can rt your gift!

All gifts MUST be new and of your own making! Do not re-use works and do not steal! Properly credit anything that you use with permission or any photographers and the like!

Please respect your giftee's squicks / dislikes / triggers. Also please don't bash on any charas / ships / etc in your gift.

There is ZERO tolerance for drama, harassment, stealing content, or other rule breaking and generally negative behavior in this event. Anyone that does anything along those lines will be blacklisted from future events.

If you need to drop out PLEASE let me know (via DM) ASAP! Anyone that drops out AFTER the Dec. 10th deadline will be blacklisted from future FFXVSS events.

If you change your handle during the event, please let me know so I can update your information!

Whatever you decide to make, please put as much effort into it as you can / is required so that everyone is receiving a gift they will be happy with!

Gift Guidelines:

Fics:

Minimum of 1,000 words

Please post to an external online platform like AO3, FF.net, or a blog post that you can link in your tweet.

It is highly encouraged, but not required, that any fics posted to Ao3 be included in that year's collection for people to enjoy all in one place!

Art:

Must be a ''complete'' artwork. This can include fleshed out 'sketch' art or fully lined art or anything else that can be considered a completed piece, and must at least have flats (color or black and white are fine!) Any medium is welcomed!!

Can be digital or traditional.

If you do digital, please have a resolution minimum of 300 DPI.

If you do traditional then please scan it for the highest possible quality.

Alternative Gift Types:

Alternative gift types (such as gifsets / graphics, cosplay photos, etc) are all very welcomed! Nearly any alternative gift idea would be welcomed and if you are considering doing so, then discuss with the head mod what would be the guidelines for the idea you have in mind!
