How to handle water in the best way

How can we handle in a respectful way with our water in our Food Forests?

Water is an essential element on this planet. especially fresh, not salted, water.

Water buffering and protection is necessary. Because of the study of hydrology we now a lot about water and how to handle it. Food Forests have the capacity to buffer their own water by building up a sort of jungle. The natural jungle shows us to way to deal with drought.
