Our Mission
The Forest City FFA Aerial Photography strives to provide accurate, insightful, reliable, and cost effective imagery through a safe and innovative practices using high-tech drones. We are able to use data and information collected from our operation, then applied to the classroom to educate our students on drone technology. Drone technology is a rapidly growing part of the commercial ag industry. It provides many occupational opportunities by using new agriculturally productive ways to produce crops.
What We Offer
The Autel Evo II Pro V3, is equipped with a 6k camera that can be used to shoot videos and capture photos in high-resolution format. In addition, our Autel Evo Lite 640T Enterprise, is equipped with a dual-gimbal system, That is equipped with a 4k visible light camera and 640*512 thermal imager. We are currently offering a variety of package options at various price ranges. We can survey fields at any time of the year to produce surface maps, yield maps, and custom prescriptions. Forest City FFA Aerial Photography and Land Surveying is part of the Forest City FFA Chapter, located in Forest City, Iowa. This program is ran by three FAA Part 107 Commercial drone pilots and one TRUST certified apprentice. Our Pilots include Jacob Beenken, Max Aitchison, Ryan Faught, and apprentice Isaac Alphs.
