Future Explorers Youth Society, is community based, education development oriented organization.
It was founded with the sole aim of grouping idling youth and engaging them in voluntary activities to improve and contribute to their community needs.
Future Explorers Youth Society is an affiliating body of independently and locally registered groups being the Scouts, Environmental Education Clubs, Girl Guides, traditional Dance Clubs PACT and any other capacity and character building group which may exist for the purpose of empowering the youth and children.
FEYS was created in response to a national concern about youth idleness and rising misconduct among young people. Its aim was to mobilize idle youth into voluntary service that contributes to community development.
The organization emerged as a community-based, education-development-oriented NGO, expanding its coverage over the years to five districts of Botswana.
