Ferova is developed and published by Kullion Games. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Ferova mobile application.

Ferova does not require an account and does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or device identifiers.
2. Local App Data
Ferova stores certain information locally on your device to provide its features. This may include:
• Selected language
• Animation preferences
• Game progress
• High scores and statistics
• Number of completed free preview rounds
• Locally cached purchase entitlement status
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Kullion Games. It may be deleted when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
3. In-App Purchases
Ferova offers permanent in-app purchases for the full version and an additional game expansion. Purchases are processed securely by Google Play through Google Play Billing.
Kullion Games does not receive or store your payment card or banking information. The app may receive purchase-related information from Google Play, such as the purchased product, purchase status, and purchase token, to confirm, acknowledge, restore, and maintain access to purchased content.

4. Advertising and Analytics
Ferova does not contain third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing services.
5. Permissions
Ferova does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device information. Network access is used only where required to communicate with Google Play services for in-app purchase availability, processing, and restoration.
6. Data Sharing
Kullion Games does not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or other third parties. Purchase-related information is handled by Google Play only as necessary to provide the requested purchase functionality.
7. Children’s Privacy
Ferova does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not require account registration, social interaction, advertising, or the submission of personal data.
8. Data Security
Because game settings, progress, and scores are stored locally, access to this information is protected by the security features of your Android device. Purchase processing is handled through Google Play’s secure infrastructure.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall Ferova. Purchase records may remain associated with your Google Play account according to Google’s own policies and may be used to restore purchased content.
