Welcome to my page,I am Fernando Martin, a PHD candidate in the department of Political Science at Duke University My research focuses on the political economy of housing. I study how housing affects political preferences in different contexts, from homeownership status to rising housing costs, and how this individual preferences influence electoral politics.
