BEING A MAN AND SEX IN RELATIONSHIPS

Workshop for men with Marc Rackelmann

How do we deal with it when sex in our relationship changes? When things don't go as they used to sexually? Sooner or later, the sexual crisis lurks in every relationship. Sex in relationships is therefore not for the faint-hearted, it is sex for the advanced. And contrary to what is often thought, this crisis does not have to be the end of shared sexuality, but can be a transition to a sexuality that we have never known before - more relaxed, more personal, more expectation-free, deeper.

In this seminar we will gain an understanding of

Here is what Marc writes about the workshop:

What are we doing in the workshop?

First of all we’ll be creating a safe room, where we are able to open up and find emotional support by other men.

We’ll learn about the connection between our personal history and how this translates into how we treat our bodies and our sexuality.

Do we see sex as something which is about performance or as something personal and emotional?

I’ll demonstrate some practical application of body oriented sex therapy (Sexocorporel) and how we can use our body to enhance our capacity for sexual pleasure.

We’ll be doing lots of practical exercises (all fully clothed, of course), to connect with our own experience.

We’ll have several small groups where we talk about difficult aspects of masculinity and sexuality. Further topics are dealing with sexual rejection and how we can integrate the aggressive part of the emotional spectrum.

And last but not least the workshop helps us to connect our genitalia with our hearts.
