Hi, and welcome to my website!Â
I have a PhD in Economics from the University of Heidelberg and currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).
In my research, I investigate the labor market effects of artificial intelligence and robotics. I create a new measure for the spread of AI and robotics using patent data and combine it with administrative data from Germany.
I also study how AI causes changes in the task content of occupations and how it affects job quality and employer-provided training.
In my empirical analyses, I apply modern econometric methods as well as natural language processing techniques.
