I am a full professor of economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Andrés Bello University and the director of the Millenium Nucleus Labor Market Mismatch: Causes and Consequences (LM^2C^2). 

My research is at the intersection of contract theory, industrial organization, corporate finance, and labor markets.
