I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Washington, with a specialization in applied econometrics and causal inference. My research focuses on experimental and quasi-experimental designs for policy evaluation and decision-making in political and economic environments.
Currently, I work as a Data Scientist on the Revenue Intelligence team at Zé Delivery (Ambev Tech). In parallel, I teach in an MBA program (ULBRA) in Government Relations, offering courses on data science applications for public policy, including network analysis, NLP for legislative documents, predictive modeling, and evidence-based policy evaluation.
My academic background includes an M.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Brasília, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of São Paulo.
