Effective: July 16, 2026
These guidelines apply to Felinmerge: Box Nest (Package Name: com.felinmerge.boxnest.game), a casual title on Google Play developed by Brown Ni. Wherever this text uses "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the developer. We ask that you read each part carefully so you are aware of how data-related matters are handled.
Felinmerge: Box Nest is a casual game. It does not gate gameplay behind a sign-up process — there is no account to create, and the app never prompts you for your name, email, or similar personal details just to start playing.
A few types of information may be relevant while the app is running:
Device-level data: Your advertising ID, hardware model, OS version, and screen metrics. These items are accessed by the third-party toolkits described in Section 4 — not pulled by us.
On-device game data: Your progress, sound preferences, and other settings that live only on your phone or tablet.
Diagnostic fragments: Automated crash logs and error traces that help us keep the app in good shape.
The information mentioned above is connected to a handful of goals:
Sustaining the ad-supported structure that lets the app be downloaded for free.
Observing broad, anonymized usage patterns to guide gameplay refinements.
Pinpointing and fixing software defects when they appear.
None of these goals revolve around singling out individuals or assembling personal profiles.
On the matter of sharing: we are not in the business of trading data. We do not sell, swap, or hand off information for our own benefit. The only channel through which data may travel off your device is the third-party toolkits introduced next.
The app embeds components from outside providers for two functions:
Ad delivery: Networks like Google AdMob may read your advertising ID and basic device specs to serve and evaluate ad content.
Usage analytics: Platforms such as Google Analytics for Firebase collect aggregated engagement statistics to help us spot issues and improve the experience.
Each partner is an independent data controller. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle what they process:
Google AdMob — https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Google Analytics for Firebase — https://firebase.google.com/policies/analytics
Because these providers operate on their own terms, their internal data practices are beyond what we can influence.
Game progress and preferences stay on your device and disappear when you uninstall the app. Data that reaches our advertising and analytics partners is kept according to their own schedules. We take sensible steps to protect systems under our watch, though it is worth keeping in mind that no digital storage or transmission method is entirely foolproof.
As a general-audience casual game, this app is not specifically built for children under 13. We consciously steer away from practices that would breach regulations protecting minors. If a parent or guardian feels a child's data may have been caught up, please reach out at the address below and we will take it from there.
Android gives you the ability to manage your advertising ID. Open Settings, then go to Google > Ads, and you can reset that identifier, delete it, or turn off interest-based advertising. The changes apply to every app on your device — not just this one.
This policy may shift as the app grows. When a new version is posted, the effective date shown above will be updated to match. Sticking with the app after a revision goes live means you are comfortable with the updated terms.
