Description from creator: So with this build, I gave her Still Water 4 so her tome can trigger its effect, since its based off of her res! I gave Mystic Boost as a seal so she can tackle dragons easily, especially with that high res she can pierce through dragon wall with ease! Once we get an Arcane blue tome, i'm hoping to give her that and replace SW4 with atk spd finish :)
