Description from creator: A heavily underrated refresher, as well as the only one available for the FE1/3 barracks, and decked out with some wicked skills. Phina's Rapier is an extremely powerful Enemy Phase weapon; once her Special (flexible, any 2CD works) is charged and Vantage (from the Rapier) threshold are reached, she'll obliterate almost anything Armored, Cavalry, or just plain frail while still having her Player Phase to Dance. Def/Res Smoke 3 is mostly there to facilitate more oneshots, but Pathfinder can give allies some extra range if Phina needs to initiate.
