Description from creator: A build that takes advantage of her prf effects to engage safely and tank the most hits as possible, Sniper's Bow inflicts -7 Atk/Spd that doubles thanks to Panic Smoke 4, which adds the -3 in Def/Res, plus the lull skill that prevents any Harsh Command+ or Null Panic bonuses, making it effectively -14 atk, -17 Spd, -9 Def (and -6 Res that doesn't matter for her) in-combat penalties for the enemy, add the Close Reversal and Solo skills and the Atk/Spd gaps become even bigger for the enemy. Aether is there for self-healing against enemies that manage to deal big damage over that deficit in-combat stats. *Important*: build relies on mythic bonus stats for damage and survival, and outside NFU support, if not available, swap for S-seal.
As a side note, it's much less effective in light season due to Medeus en-garde support, Yune Penalty-based damage and lack of False Start support against Triangle Attack or Dual Strike.
Weaknesses (a lot sadly for a Gen 1 Unit):
° Unity effect literally turns this strat against her so it's a big no-no.
° Units with too much raw stats over her that, even with the debuffs, will deal big damage or even get to outspeed her, rendering tanking useless.
° Units that deal huge true damage thanks to prf effects.
° AoE specials absolutely destroy her tanking abilities.
° Lack of stats from own sources, unfortunately Clarisse prf only grants Atk/Spd +4 when over 50% HP so she has to rely on others to provide as much stats as possible to survive and kill.
° Lack of DR piercing nor having her own DR, tanking is very hard without any source of Damage Reduction and just relying on stats and it also makes it hard for her to kill units with DR since she can't pierce it without sacrificing healing (Deadeye for Aether).
° Strong magical units that attack twice/before follow up (N!Camilla, N!Corrin, L!Veronica when effect triggers, S!Micaiah, W!Lysithea, and such) since they'll probably trigger their specials and/or deal a lot of damage to kill her or soften her for another unit.
Ultimately, is a fun build to make Clarisse, a 6 years old unit, usable in today's meta
