Description from creator: While Roy doesn't have the innate speed to match most meta speedsters, it's still great fun to pull off this damage reduction build with sustain. The biggest weakness for this build is activating Reflexes to begin with, as Roy needs a safe initiation to build charge OR get precharge from support. But once he gets going, he zooms.
