Description from creator: Enemy Phase speed tank, can guarantee a follow-up (Quick Riposte 4) or prevent a follow-up (Arcane Downfall), but if those fail then sheer speed is a good backup. If Echidna here had all her Dragonflowers I'd probably use a Null Follow-Up seal instead of ATK/SPD Solo 3. She does need the extra ATK though, but a Floret could help with that. Since she's usually preventing second attacks anyway, QR4's damage reduction is even nicer. And whether through Arcane Downfall or Aether, she's always healing.
