Description from creator: A highly specialized build meant to fight colorless and blue units, being specially lethal to fliers of both varieties. Glimmer was chosen as her special due to the strong modifiers provided by Tome of Order's refine when fighting her intended targets.

Close Foil boosts her Atk/Def and amplifies her possible matchups, while Lull Atk/Res's bonus neutralization reinforces her bulk. As for external support, she's paired with L!Roy (Human Virtue II) and L!Lilina (Joint. Distant Guard + Def Tactic 3 seal). In turn, she supports them back with Res Tactic 3, so, if using other team comps, this skill could be easily replaced with whatever C skill would empower her more directly, like Menace skills.

Because of her refine, Cecilia's main weakness is obviously red units, which she should be kept away from at all times, though some greens might prove troublesome too as the modifiers from her Prf won't apply, however, this can be mitigated by replacing her C skill, as stated above.
