This Nowi is an EP unit, mainly focused in deleting red units in arena (like D!Chrom, D!Duma, L!Sigurd, Nanna, etc).

As for the weakness, she is a blue gen 1 unit; so don't let green units like N!Corrin, D!Dagr or Eitri.
