Description from creator: Morgan is my special spam baby. Arcane Eclipse is the worse arcane weapon we've had so far, but it could have been worse? I guess? Honestly it depends on team composition--if your team is debuff heavy or has other players that can take advantage of debuffs, then Grima's Truth is a much better choice. But for raw damage, Arcane Eclipse performs better in a vacuum. Ruptured Sky is by far the best and most consistent special available for him with his PRF, and for Arcane Eclipse, it's a toss-up between that and a harder-hitting 3 CD special (Luna, Drac Aura)--although if using the arcane weapon for arena scoring, the slaying effect doesn't matter, because Ruptured Sky is the only option. Whoops.

For the A slot, Atk/Spd Unity is a great option in more enclosed areas, but Atk/Spd solo is good, too, and R Duel Infantry 4 is required if you're taking him into the arena. Special Spiral 4 is the big dick B skill for glass canons at the moment, and Time's Pulse or Joint Drive Atk are both good options for the C slot.
