Workshop on Federated Learning and Analytics

The Workshop on Federated Learning will be taking place on June 17 -18th, 2019 at Google Seattle.


We will be hosting talks from Google researchers and world class faculty centered around federated learning, distributed optimization and analytics, cryptography, algorithmic fairness, differential privacy, and policy. We will also spend time discussing our open-source efforts and exploring topics for academic collaboration.

The principle goals of the workshop are (a) increasing academic interest in research related to federated learning and analytics, (b) promoting research utilizing Google open-source packages, (c) identifying open problems and challenges in federated learning & analytics, and (d) establishing collaborations & partnerships with internal and external researchers.
